What does membership include?

You must pay the AED 500 annual membership fee to use and access the app. Membership includes priority booking and support, an exclusive partner network, and member-only updates and offers. Each service request is charged separately.

Who provides the protection?

Licensed security partners provide the qualified professionals. GuardianGO is the technology platform that connects you with those partners and helps you manage your booking.

How do I arrange protection?

Submit your request in advance, including your needs, date, location and service details. GuardianGO matches the request with an appropriate partner. You then review the details, confirm and complete the required payment through the app.

Does the membership fee pay for my booking?

No. Driver + Bodyguard is AED 800 per hour, and Driver + Bodyguard + Escort is AED 1,200 per hour. Both have a five-hour minimum and include up to 50 km. These charges are on top of the AED 500 annual membership fee.

What is the minimum service charge?

For the five-hour minimum, Driver + Bodyguard costs AED 4,000 and Driver + Bodyguard + Escort costs AED 6,000. These are service charges only; the annual membership fee and any additional distance charge are separate.

How is extra distance charged?

Each service request includes up to 50 km. The listed rate is AED 200 for every additional 50 km.
